Following various discussions in non league circles about the lack of younger volunteers taking on roles at football clubs, I interviewed the Slough Town secretary Gary Thomas, about the burning issues of the day - like being the youngest secretary in the league and nowadays having to be behaved at grounds rather than getting behind the goal and dishing out some of his wit and wisdom!
