Heard a rumour last night that a team have been thrown out of the league cup for fielding ineligble players?

Know players at Worcester Park and they are happy to be going through to the final of the cup,so we can all guess what team has been thrown out.That same team had their under 18s and manager leave this week.

Total nightmare. One of our players had not played three times in the League even though he had played two games and in the Southern Combination so it doesn't count. How many of you out there even knew of this rule? Bottom line we didn't and therefore I expect we will get thrown out which is gutting but those are the rules. They are meant to stop players being signed just for a semi final or final which is fair enough but this player even played in the quater final so this was clearly not the case.

 

It is not definate yet as the game was brought forward as Worcester Park had no lights which would have made him play the allocated games but I am sure we will get no sympathy as we are target No 1 this season.

 

Shame for all as we had over 300 people ready to go to the final and it would have been a great game against either Cambo or Moles but that semi is really the final now as , with all due respect to Worcester Park, they did not even have one shot on or off target on Sat.

 

The whole Club is gutted but good luck to the finalists

how many other secs know that rule as it is only common in lower leagues supposedly

 

PS The u18's manager was removed, didn't just leave, and that was a month ago and since then a whole new structure for next season has been put in place. Two of the u18's played last night in the friendly at Met Police

Wondered how long the BG massive would take to slag us off

 

When the s... hits the fan with where you are being promoted to and trying to scam the Ground Grading League committee by not paying three years rent security up front don't expect anything but grief and stirring from us

 

Also look forward to your tapping up hearing which is far more serious than a simple illegal approach-hopefully that will open up the title race by you getting a deserved points reduction

Nice comment CT, never fail to entertain with your opinion on our club. Although Weebs is a bit on the large side it's not very nice to get personal and call him massive. Re the latest rule that you broke, seems to be an honest mistake and one to put down to lack of experience in these lower leagues. Re this nonesence about tapping up, we cannot wait to meet The FA and assist them with their investigation.

What is it with your infatuation with Bedfont Green? Did the chairman sleep with your wife or something?

Not at all. Your Chairman is an excellent guy that pays for the majority of his club and we are in a similar financial position.

 

What I don't like is your supporters underhand pretending that you don't pay a lot of money, are being underhand about tap ups that you are as guilty of as most other teams and the issue of promotion which as usual BG ignore as they know it is a major issue re ground sharing tenure and the Southern League. Chertsey Town are the No1 target for abuse this season, especially me, so don't get upset when we fight back

 

BG are far from whiter than white and at least we admit our mistakes

Does that statement mean you are the Chairman aswell has the manager, ballboy, kitman, barman, etc,etc.

We have made several errors on our way up the leagues and have thankfully learnt from them and make every attempt to apply best practices, although your recent mistake shows just how on the ball the club officials needs to be. Despite whatever you think the majority of clubs, including BG, conduct themselves with the utmost respect for other clubs, your club have made themselves a target because they haven't, simple as that. I'm still surprised that an official in your position feels he has to argue the toss with supporters from another club though or concern yourself with their business. BG has once again gone on record praising CT in the press this week, labelling them as "probably the best team in the league", rise above these supporters and their bate and concentrate on CT.

So basically what you're saying is that you're accusing BG to muddy the waters around your own misdealings?

I am nothing to do with Bedfont Green by the way. Chertsey are the number one target because they are guilty as hell, and you have a sketchy history to say the very least.
