1 down at half time against the Villa but equalised after half time and should have won the game. Hit the bar, they had two sent off and missed a few other chances and their keeper made a couple of good saves. Feels like 2 points dropped to be honest

A bit of a disappointment today . Having been busy in and out all morning didn't manage to get on the net so got all the way to Farnborough . Didn't think I even needed to check it being such a nice day and what with Badshot being the only set of floodlights I saw on torrential Tuesday to complete their game.

 

Couldn't even remember what games were on so ended up at Camberley Ressies v Amersham ressies. Pleasant afternoon and good game enlivened by the Amersham 6 who gave the most sustained uncarded show of dissent I honestly believe the ref was giving him counselling such was the length of their conversation. Just after he got blatantly pushed over in the box and didn't get the decision ...what did he expect.

 

Really could have done without going another game in hand today. i'm definitely phoning Hartley next week.

We invited a couple of your committee at our game eefc supporter into the boardroom after the game. A pleasure to entertain them with a few drinks and some great post match grub a'la W&E. A real feeling of mutual respect, I hope it's one of our clubs that win it. Long way to go though and with our next oppo Sandhurst beating JJ, Brunty, duncs and co we will need to continue in this form to pick up maximum points there...

with all our missing players it was never going to be easy, scrappy game which never got going for either side - comfortable game for Lammas who showed a couple of bits of quality up top to ensure the points. Terrible petty trio of officials too, im sure nuts will agree too

Man sent off for Banstead after 25 mins. Player on line, ball gets smashed at him from 5 yards away, hits on knee then hand which is down by his side. Ref gives pen and red card, very harsh as he even said it wasn't deliberate. Mind you, this ref has always been poor in my opinion although no excuse for our pi$$ poor performance

Our ref today was leagues apart from the excellent one we have v RPV on Tuesday, shame isn't it. The week before that we had one that all but put the ball in the net for the oppo, he knew all the players by name and played in their Sunday side, makes you wonder really doesn't it...
