I agree, the clubs at this level should have stood firm against this ruling. I wonder what would of happened if all the clubs had refused. If the league and FA want this done then why don't they stump up the money for each club to meet the criteria?

 

How many grounds at this level regularly get over 100 spectators, simple answer NONE.

with the parking issue there are several clubs who use areas behind the goal as car parks which have no real fencing between them and the pitch does this mean none of them are able to apply ? LEVERSTOCK,HARRINGEY,BIGGLESWADE UTD.And im sure there are some more. What is ment by (not within) ?
