Radio Berkshire is Tosh!!!

After our stunning victory over Maidenhead I thought I would have a celebratory listen to Radio Berkshire and revel in our glory. To my utter disgust not a sausage, a mention for Reading drawing 2-2, expected, but to briefly comment on Didcot and how they are play off hopefuls but nothing about us, well radio Berkshire, hang your head in shame.

Time 106.6 do your stuff and show these pretenders what local radio is all about!!!!

They used to do all the local sides on bbc berkshire a few years ago. Interviews with the managers and all sorts! Guess the BBC needs to spend its fee on The One Show, I'm a celeb this is what my family did and whatever the hell is on bbc1 on a saturday rather than help support grassroots football!

 

I've heard Time do a fixture list for the weekends games on a friday once but truth be told i dont listen to it often.

 

I wonder what the Windsor adverts on Time sound like!?

Neither do I, but it is the fact they mention Didcot but not us that vexes me so!!!! Why not just report on a random non league game when your county cup semi final is going on, grrrrr almost as inept as the local rags!!!

Mrs Cat, my point exactly, not that we weren't on it but that an Oxfordshire team pushing for a play off place gets ahead of a Berkshire team looking to win the title and in a cup final!!!!!!!

And the one show is shinola, not even sure what the point to teh show is, other than to give Adrian Chiles extra unwarranted air time

You know how to live Fuzzy.I remember when Windsor won promotion from Ryman div 3,I celebrated by listening to "Humphrey Littleton's Jazztime" on radio 2.

Well, if you thing that was Rock and roll if we win the cup I am thinking of tuning in to Radio 4 and if we win the league it will be Radio three all the way. I will be so excited I probably won't even care what programme it is!!!!!!

Fuzzy-If we win the cup I shall go straight home and read Wittgenstein's "Philosophical Investigations",whilst listening to Rachmaninoff's "Piano concerto no.2 in C minor.

 

If we win the league I shall go straight to the pub and get absolutely w@nkered.
