We had a pitch inspection for ground grading and a planning application for a new stand has been submitted to the Rochford Council.We are waiting for the letter from the Council and all things has been set in motion to make sure we get the grading.It's a similar situation to a lot of clubs all over the country.Sure is better having a ground rather then not having it at all and rely on goodwill from other clubs for ground sharing...

So that's 8 weeks for permission for a new stand, If accepted the new gradings have to be done by when? Sailing a bit close to the wind there coachie. You can't keep getting away with the excuse "sorry but I'm a fat bumbling kent" forever.
