And .... Semi Final of the EJA League cup, League games? what are they? the 18's seem to be a cup side in this years campaign - played some good teams this year in the various cups, with the likes of Grays, Chelmsford City, Brentwood Town, Tilbury, Harlow Town, Loughton, Thamesmead Town..... spot on lads, lets hope they can bring a cup home.....

Yep, the lads have sure done well, but now the hard work starts in getting to the final's/bringing those cups home!! If they concentrate hard, play as well as they can, as an organised unit, and keep the ball they have a very good chance I think!

Of all the years I've been watching lad's footy teams, I think the most successful ones (and this will sound like state the obvious I know)have not only great character throughout the team, but all the lad's have different attributes all over the park and yet play as a unit! - a bit like an alchemist's dream!

Having got this far, your extra support will help make all the difference to the lad's!

As for the League, I've almost forgoten about that!, but from memory (will take a look again in a min), I seem to recall we're doing ok considering the games we have in-hand on the leaders.

Thoroughly enjoyed the game against Thamesmead t'other night. Real entertaining stuff. Have any caught the eye of the County selectors? I see Chelmsford, Brentwood & Thurrock were well represented in the Essex side playing Bedfordshire in the East Anglian County Championship recently. Two more matches in this competition coming up in March. Any likelyhood of a 'ricay presence?
