A comfortable win and a performance more like our free flowing best today .Watched by constituency MP and shadow home secretary Chris Grayling the blues trned on the style particulalry in the first half when we played with high tempo and a number of particulalry threatening crosses coming in from Gary Mac on the right who was my mom.

 

Bookham briefly pegged us back to 2-1 and a good move to take advantage of a defensive foul up made us 3-1 and comfortable a couple of minutes later.

 

As a long standing reader of this board it was good to have a word with teffers afterwards . Still made up no ground on the bee gees today but we're hanging on in there... Going to be a good end to the season whatever happens and we still can't rule out Cambo .

Went to the Bedfont v Colliers Wood game today. A largely forgettable first half notable only for the neat Bedfont goal just before half time. The second half though was totally different as the visitors came out with increased purpose and scored three goals but to their credit Bedfont came back to force a draw.

 

Thought the home keeper was extremely lucky to stay on the pitch as he got booked for a needless attempt to stop the scorer getting the ball out the net after the Collier Wood equaliser (why do players do that?) then when his own team equalised he ran the length of the pitch to 'join in the celebrations' (his words when spoken to by the referee) which consisted of him not going to them but running up to his opposite number and shoving him. The referee saw the incident and decided to speak to the keeper but not show him another yellow.

Great result for your lot Weeble we had a mental game against Colliers 3-1 down with 20 to go, leveled it up to amazing scenes it was priceless.

Lato has made a few comments on here but Gov it shows team spitit and a refusal to lose..well done. We were 2 down after 15 mins against CW and thought they were a very good side..They have a guy called Badj badj and against us he was quality... All in all agood point for you and yet again the record doesn't show a L in the column...well done...

To be honest we was not at our best and thankfully he never played otherwise he may of been there differance, but we were pretty sluggish but as you said in the past when you play poor and still pick up points its not the worse thing in the world, but we will have to be much better against Bookham next week.

I know that weebs i like everyone at bg but formed a closer bond with the ressies as i played majority of my time with them. I am glad you are doing well and hope it continues getting closer to that title a few more wins will see you over the line.
