A tad confused.

Salton is the one with the UEFA badge and he's the assistant manager and Lawford apparently has no Badges and he is the coach?

Lawfs has a UEFA B i think you'll find (or working towards it now) he was also coaching a bit at hemel while picking up his badges. He was also working with Watford's Academy sides, may even still be there. Tudor

i wouldnt get hung up on Qualifications as dont get me wrong they must help but outgoing coach Calvin also had qualifications and experience and by all accounts was a good coach but ill reserve judgement until i see the players playing better and as a team as the previous management team unfortunatly didnt seem to get it out of them... certainly optimistic with the appointments though.

I think it is a very positive step by Steve Easterbrook, having removed in mid season a team that was failing to come up with the goods considering the resources available and replacing it with an experianced team who will now hopefully mould what is there, along with filling the gaps where there are weaknesses with new bodies.

The spirit behind the goal on Tuesday was far better than it had been for months.

i think the only thing that will get dj,s confidence up is if the management team can get the mid field to play as a mid field , too often they disappear and dj has no ball supply so has to come looking for it thus comes to deep himself then has to do to much work to get it in the scoring zone, dj is an out and out striker and unless that is the role he is left to play then i'm afraid his goals will be very few and far between.
