Does anyone remember a sketch on Harry Enfield, about 1992? It was a spoof-documentary on a band, Harry Enfield played this bloke with a wispy tash (looked a bit like the guy from Stereo MCs), Paul Whitehouse played the guy who stood at the back with the keyboards and didn't say anything (cos he was Welsh) and there was one other bloke too.

 

The stuff they did sounded just like the stuff The Streets do. So funny!!

Does anyone remember a band, about 1960's.

Or is it that Oasis copied The Beatles ??

Can't hear the similarities myself. The odd Oasis tune has a few familiar chord changes, but the actual 'sound' of the music is totally different.
