Unbeliveable, Wembley had the gale force wind first half i won the toss and give it to them great shout, 0-0 at half time but boy was it hard work, 2nd half even steven really but we looked dangerous going forward, iceing on the cake in the 89TH MINUTE an own goal, absoulute quality and the run goes on., this is Championship form.

Molve Valley SCR Res 0 Frimley Green Res 2 - abandoned after 23 mins.

 

Again another that should not have started, the bottom goalmouth had big puddles in it that the ball could not travel through. Took the lead after 5 mins from a free kick and then Surrey Legend dived like a whale to bundle the 2nd home when the referee decided that the ball sticking in the area was a little dangerous.

 

We'll have a 5th try soon.

Yeah they do, but when your down in that dog fight pretty football dont get you out, looks like the bottom is finally starting to sort itself out, i think by the end of March it will be alot clearer as to who it will be out of.

To be fair TC should never have even started, dont think anyone who was there thought that it would make it through to the end.

 

From the ref's point of view i guess he thought he would give it a go, just in case it made it to the finish.

 

Free kick was a decent hit, second goal was just farcical though, all i saw as both your guy and our centre back went for it was spray!!

 

Personally reckon he should have stopped it a few minutes earlier, after i had dived to the left, only for the ball to hit the swimming pool in the middle of the area and just stay there.

A deserved win for Chertski, adapted well to the conditions and played very well, we did not help ourselves by giving a couple of soft goals, got one back before half time (not deserved really) to give us a Chance but another goals for Chertsey straight after half time killed us off.

 

Ref could have abandoned the game but most of the time the ball was still rolling ok and only really got bad last 10-15 mins, I thought he got it about right some other will disagree. Views .....thats what footballs about.

Quite right Teffs. A few weeks ago refs were getting grief for calling games off so they try and play them and get it in the neck again for playing them. At none of these games so can't comment on any of the actual situations.
