Yeah Tilbury won there appeal on the grounds that Ramsgate didnt put an offical complaint or lodge a deposit within 2 days. The thing is Ramsgate didnt appeal in the first place it was the league that contacted and said they have to play the game this week. Unbelieveable the Rymans league so anything could happen
