I was visiting my Father in Law at Basildon Hospital today and saw a lad wearing a Billericay Town kit and a bandage over his right, I hope he's ok.

Agree, strong is the word!! - not only physical, but once again, the lad's today demonstrated their tremendous mental strength, and yet again under some provercation at times. At several points in the game today it was like Emergency Ward 10 on the pitch/touchline, with a number of our guys having taken blows to the nose/face/head/back/sides. To say it was a physical game is an understatement! Well done lad's, it's even more exciting with this team of youngsters, because they've demonstrated on a number of occassions now they have tremendous resolve. The spirit/chemistry in the team is superb - an ingredient that should never be under-valued I feel! It's nice to know they can keep their heads in tuff times, and not only play some great football at times, but can graft also when they need to!! well done lad's, keep it up! some extremely brave goalkeeping from our keeper today also, his performance I thought was top-draw! It was physically and mentally draining just watching them today at times.looking forward to the midweek games.

I think that will be Ryan Nee, who had to have 25 stitches in a cut over his eye apparently.

Ouch!
