Should we be concerned with the current form of our team ?

Should we be concerned at the lethargic attitude by our Players ?

Should we be concerned that the HEART of OUR CLUB appears to be drifting away week after week ?

Should we be concerned that we have scored 1 goal in 4 games picking up 1 point from 12 ?

Should we be concerned that OUR Team and OUR CLUB appear to have lost all direction on the field ( and off - some would say ) ?

If the answer is yes to some or all of the above, is it not time to ask questions of our Committee and Management ?

Our season is over, but where do we go ?

Continue with what we have and then ( I assume ) rebuild next season OR rebuild NOW with a fresh approach from ALL THOSE IN CONTROL.

Clearly something needs to be DONE as just waiting week after week for "something" just ain't going to work.

It is time for the Football Committee AND the Football Management "Team" of about 4 or so, ( why so many ? ) to take some action to avoid the Club being supported by 150 ( if we are lucky ) at the next home fixture.

One Manager, One Team. One Direction.

We need to select & sign players now so they can have a full pre-season together, then hopefully have some sort of stability in the team who want to play for each other & more importantly the club!

However if that is with the existing management team is another matter.

It was suggested to me today that during the team Handshake prior to kick off, that the Town Players needed to introduce themselves to each other !!!!

End of February and it is like Pre-season with Players not knowing who is who and who plays where.

As for most of the supporters - we ain't got a clue who is who.

What a bloody joke.

Right here goes!..Out of the current squad, here are the only players i would consider keeping.

Walton is adequete..Cameron and Mckie look OK ..Wild could be handy if he had a regular and suitable partner at centre back..Campana and the No7 today(May?)look like they have some promise..Remi could be decent IF he had the correct sort of strike partner to play alongside.Marshall should be retained as well..Add maybe Jones and Allen from the old guard and thats about it..The rest haven't shown me anything to suggest they are good enough (or motivated enough) to be wearing the Town badge.

Ps..Didn't like the way the management team loafed slowly across the pitch towards the changing rooms at half time.(way behind the players going in)

In front of Walton, Wild & Allen at centre back, McCoy in midfield with Campana & May wide Remi up front looks like a positive start & a good looking foundation.

The rest of the current squad I either havnt a clue about or need to be off loaded!

The management need to sort things out quickly as we seem to be going backwards at the moment. It wasn't that long ago that things seemed to be coming together but constantly bringing in new players is not helping.

Too many people are now feeling no connection with the current team - and if they're not playing well they won't continue coming. Once fans are lost, they won't come back quickly. Waltham Forest - with 3 ex towners - won again yesterday and are now on a winning run but got an attendance of 35 versus Ware yesterday!

I still think Rudi is a good player too but it must be difficult captaining a team of different players each week and that's dragging down his performances at the moment.

The biggest lesson we need to learn quickly, in my opinion, is that playing one up front does not work for us. Why was Ryan Edgar playing in midfield yesterday?

Very poor performance all round at Brentwood especially as they looked a very average team. Mind you, it wasn't helped by me listening to Liverpool lose on the radio at the same time!
