This year's walk I'll be doing from The Hive to Southchurch Areana next Tuesday for the Southend Manor v Basildon United game. I'll be trying to raise funds for both Havens and St. Lukes hospices, causes close to both towns hearts.

I have no idea how to do one. I'm just relying on the generosity of those who attend the game, pretty much like last year. It's another of those snap, spur-of-the-moment things I decide to do that I can't be talked out of. You'd have thought, with being married once, that'd I'd have learnt my lesson .....
