Good result from the outsiders today, 18th in the Unibond but won the Trophy.

 

16,000 from Tamworth apparently but Villa Park looked very empty.

According to my very old copy of the Non League Club Directory, Burscough are based near Ormskirk in Lancashire.

 

Can't believe there was 16,000 there today.

 

There was only 10,000 when Canvey played Forest Green two seasons ago and I think there was about 20,000 for Yeovil/Stevenage last year.

The Brittania Stadium at Stoke where they held the Conference Play off final would have been a good venue.
