Granted, the lifelessness and lackof organisation in the last 2 games is a worry, and one that I find hard to explain.

One point - it looks like SM has seen the light at last, stating in his programme notes that he is going with the current squad rather than spinning the revolving door once again. I think this squad (which is Steve Browne's rather than Stuart's) at least deserves a chance.



Bang on FJ and well put. I understand peoples illusions at the mo, but I can see and have been told in discussions with SB the plans for next season. The management are certainly not pleased with the last 3 games performances or results.

Can somebody remind me of this 3 year plan, surely its not a 3 year plan to get out of this poxy league.....is it? doah

 

A 3 year plan once in the Isthmian premier to get to the conference south I could understand, although I cant ever see that happening with our present set up

With our present "set up" ( at Brimo OR at QES ) I just cannot see a Fan based Club surviving or progressing.
As we see every couple of weeks Players are not loyal, they wll move on for

If it's a plan regarding the playing side of things (ie who will be in the team next season) why should it be divulged to the shareholders?


Why should shareholders not be informed? It's our club! The plan does not have to include who may be in the team next season, but just what is hopefully to be achieved. Not too much to ask from those working for the shareholders is it?

OK, so here's the plan then. This season has been disappointing, so we need to sign better players for next season and aim for promotion. Other than that, what else would you expect to hear?

We have been told throughout the season that incoming players are good enough for our team yet some spend a little time with us before moving on.

 

How do we then know that further incoming players will be any better?

 

How about sticking to a squad and working with them to improve their game and improve results, hopefully? Now there's a plan.
