I wouldn't worry. Those that are over 16, and therefore eligible to play senior football, are likely to get a chance in the Capital League.

Especially in April, when it's two games a week!

I missed five or six games and come back to find myself watching a team i didn't recognise.Playing the kind of football that i didn't recognise. The atmosphere amongst the fans was one i didn't recognise. It didn't feel like i was watching my team anymore.

None of the new players that started yesterday showed me anything to convince me i wasn't watching park standard players running about in the once proud white shirt. The three subs that come on looked a lot better than those who started.

The amount of new signing and players released every week, means there is no loyalty to the club (or to the management) from the players whilst they are here. The fans cannot build up any loyalty or affection for the team, because of the constant revolving door.SM has had more than enough time to build a settled side.At some point he neeeds to stop bring players in and try to keep (and make perform) the players he has got.

Couldn't agree more, I'm a neutral at Town games now (Those that I can still be bothered to go to) & will remain so until we have a manager capable of bringing stability on the pitch.

It is no longer the club that it was and not the kind of club that I want to support for much longer the way that things are going.

Games 2 or 3 times a week start to get expensive with admission and travel plus other things that need to be done during the week just to see the poor performances that we have been getting makes me start to get very selective and I might soon be selecting to stay at home.

I have now not bothered to go to 3 first team games this season so far when before I have tried to get to every game.

For the first few seasons only comitments with the Ladies team kept me away from the couple of Sunday games when I would rather have been at the mens games but this season I managed to get an Arsenal ticket for one game , Stayed at Home for another and went to the reserves last night.

If only I could get an Arsenal ticket for this week.

Sad though it is, so far this season I have chosen to stay on the golf course & play 18 holes a couple of times, gone to a Histon game & even went xmas shopping, now that has to be bad, & after the last couple of games i think there will be more 18 holes & more Histon games in the run up to the play-offs, there is only so much a 96 mile round trip is worth & at the moment its not.

I'm not losing interest, I've lost it. The manager has only bought instability on the field with the constant changes & I don't feel it's my club any more.

I feel the same way as Arkwright and was walking round the ground to speak to someone instead of watching the game after about 25 minutes last saturday and the last time i started doing that at a game was the last season at the old club before we split away from them but this time I am getting closer to just giving it up.

I know people say that I'll be the last one out of the door turning out the lights, but I'm not ready to turn in the loyalty card just yet. Two matches ago, with most of the personnel currently being derided on this thread, we beat Wingate and Finchley, a team in the top 5, with 9 men, having scored both goals after the red cards. A team capable of performances that good isn't ready to be abandoned just yet.

Granted, the lifelessness and lackof organisation in the last 2 games is a worry, and one that I find hard to explain.

One point - it looks like SM has seen the light at last, stating in his programme notes that he is going with the current squad rather than spinning the revolving door once again. I think this squad (which is Steve Browne's rather than Stuart's) at least deserves a chance.

And more to the point, clinging to the old guard is not the answer. The deficiencies defensively and in midfield have been apparent for two or three seasons.

The current squad has certainly cut out some of the repeated defensive howlers the old guard was making. Nick McKoy and Clydie Roberts seemed to be gelling in midfield. Unfortunately Rudi still seems to be guaranteed a place despite repeated vanishing acts when faced with a midfield with any gumption. Sorry, he's done great things in the past but I'm afraid it's time for change.

Let's judge when all the squad is fit and available.

Excellent point Tom & one a few of us have stated before.

Again agree 100%

I am sorry I also have to agree is Rudi worth a free kick goal every two or three games. We do need someone like Valendia in there who can make things happen.

However Rudi is a good tactician and I know that he had a close a relationship with Chandler who used to change tactics on his suggestions.
