I read it too, and though as a whole i've seen worse, i thought to myself... Here we go, it will just stir up the same old, same old, [****!!****] again...

 

From memory AFC Wombles didn't get 'away with it'. They were found to be in the wrong. An honest mistake is still punishable unfortunately.

 

You Gaters, will be lost if Rams are to go down (which i sincerely hope they don't).

I'm gonna upset a few people now and this is ONLY MY OPINION. I dont want them to be successful with their appeal and i DO want to see them relegated, the 'majority' of rams 'fans' only ever turn up at the derby matches and throw abuse(or punches) and don't even have a clue who even plays for them. They come on here and slag the hell out of us when we are having a poor run so i hope you go DOWN!! if we go down its because we deserve it and the same goes for ramsgate if we went down the majority of rams fans would love it and think that deep down alot of gate fans would be the same, they just dont have the gahones to say it!!!

 

THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION AND I'M ENTITLED TO IT!!

I would suggest that this would be banter, and maybe at Derby matches BOTH teams get the extra support that do only turn up at this match, of course i wouldnt expect much less from some of the Margate supportersthat wish us to get relegated, funny because as we do over on the red side say this (its only to be expected),

Imust admit i hope we both stay up , good for Thanet football to have us both in this league, as for Punches thrown is this proven,and was it reported, im not aware of any trouble at the derby game at southwood, please if you are aware then please say so,i personally have enjoy good banter with a few Margate supporters, and we do 'wind' each up,but remains freindly,and i am looking forward to our return match in April, which is looking very much as a crucial match,..
But i do hope we both have won a few games by then , to not be worrying about relegation issues,.. but must admit its getting dangerous,..

last year a margate fans daughter had abottle thrown at her on way out of southwood punches were thrown at fans on way out also, this year our programme editor was bombarded with abuse for days before the game and all the way through the game and indeed afterwards from a rams source who leaked his mobile number, i was abused verbally by so called fans in ramsgate when i had taken my son over to see the boats in the harbour i happened to be wearing my margate shirt at the time i asked these nob jockies to name me just 3 players and the managers name and they couldnt. now i'm not at all saying that all rams fans are like that because i know they are not but i have my reasons for wanting to see rams relegated and some reasons that i wont air on here but good luck anyway

At the end of the day Margate FC are the club that are being punished here IF, and I mean IF, a certain "team" broke the rules.

Should it work out that no rules were broken then everything is O.K., and that "team" should keep their points.

Yet if they are found guilty "that" club loose the points, they took from us that day, but we won't gain any. So the whole game just comes down to 0 points.

Therefore we're punished the same for fielding a legitimate team and playing within the rules.

IF a team are guilty of breaking the rules, why shouldn't Margate fans want them to loose the points?

Otherwise it's a a double punishment for our own "play by the rules" club, detrimental to the game of football and sport in general.

RULES are RULES and there for a fair playing field for everyone.
