This saturday is a big game in my opinion pivotal to our season back to back wins would be a massive boost to the lads confidence if they need one after last saturday.

And with ramsgate bound to lose against heybridge what a weekend it promises to be .Up the Gate

Back to back league wins-totally unchartered territory, but i agree 100% with your assessment re: margates opportunity -can we take it ? No reason why not,but as in so many of these things with teams fairly even;that bit of good fortune/lucky break is vital.

 

I'm sure after the first half of the seasons 'bad breaks'we are still due loads of good fortune in the last third of the season,and i'd love a lucky win

 

That given,i'd still take a point on saturday just the same;and see a win as a bonus

It's just a real shame that this isn't the reverse fixture (with different outcome!!), as I think another good home performance (and 3 points) is just the tonic we need to keep the momentum and confidence high.

 

Anything but a win tonight will drag Hastings back in to the mix so it is a big game for both teams.

I hadn't marked Hastings down as one of my seven 'must-win' games, so from that point of view I'll regard anything we get as a bonus.

 

However, it's worth pointing out their home form is even worse than ours. They did, though, sack their manager last week and they may have new faces for Saturday.

They do also seem to be our bogey team so what better way to beat that and get 3 points or a draw at the worse.
