Having been on the pitch, I am of the opinion (and that opinion is not of the club or any of the groundstaff), that should we avoid any of the wet stuff, then the game has a very good chance of going ahead. (Met Office forecast is for no rain tonight nor tomorrow).

 

The more people we have down there in the morning can only increase the chances further.

Upda, As you expressed so much intrest in what was happening on Saturday last i thought you might like the chance to come along today and lend a hand.

We are taking the covers off of the pitch this morning (11.30am 10/02/09)

Fingers crossed we might have a half decent Ref tonight and the game will go on.

Apparantly Chelmsford is in danger of floating away & becoming a new island off the re-drawn Essex coastline.

There is a lot of water about (master of the bl**ding obvious), and it's not due to improve.

That was because i have been doing tons of work today and just got back so i was working throughout the day on work getting back now planning on helping out at NL, but seens as it is on according to the urchins i will just have to relax now until i go NL tonight. ecki
