Strange....but true HTFC.
Generally the pitch was playable but there were patches that were almost bottomless due to waterlogging.
Imagine running of a firmer area and then stepping into that. Possible leg break methinks?
The decision was correct and made by Tony Ford!
I went to Sutton v Billericay and it was a pretty poor pitch there too!

Hey NUMBER ONE.
What club are you with?
I'll make a mental note of that comment for your next visit!

Are you referring to the brick or me for their goal. After getting back in possition to rectify my own mistake, I sank in the quick sand whilst attempting to clear the ball. Leaving their forward a tap in and me face down in the mud. Great start.

Pearcy has been brilliant this season and recently especially hope he gets fit soon. However we probably have the strongest group of keepers in the league. Shaggy looks very good as well as Phil and Wally.

I think Phil would have made of as a keeper, but he always wanted to play on pitch. Lucky to have that cover I'm the squad. Shaggy didn't have much to do but you can tell he's decent.

You don't play for Barnet in goal unless you are quality..I too think we are lucky at the Green as we have plenty of strength in that dept..

Thats an early report which on the whole, I agree with.

To be honest DFC should have had it sewn-up by mid-way through the 1st. half. Fair play to Feltham - They battled well.

Ref was better than the run-of-the-mill lot of late, letting the game flow.

T'was fookin' cold by full-time.

Hi BJR

I thought we were more than worth our point to be honest. I think it was Westy who scored you're opener - fecker kicked the ground and scuffed his shot past me frown

Deserved the equaliser and early doors second half we had chances to be in front. Last 20 minutes Dorking had more possession and both teams missed good opportunites at the back post.

I only had one save to make really apart from the routine ones wink and that was from Adam who came on and had a header from about 5 yards out which I managed to stop smile

Enjoyed the visit to Meadowbank - nice little ground and nice KFC afterwards smile

Was bloody cold and could have done with all the showers working tongue

Bedfont Raynes Park

On the day 2 poor sides. 1 1 draw, both goals correct penalty decisions from the ref. Other than that each keeper made 1 save a piece. Worst game I've seen this season.

Bedfont were sporting as were RP, aside Bedfont 8 who should have been sent off for a poor tackle. Player was sent off for pushing the ref I believe?

Draw definitely a fair result as no side deserved the win.

Think you will definitley see worse refs than this one. Only poor decision I saw was in not sending Bedfont 8 off and if the sent off player pushed the ref it was a great decision to get rid of him in my opinion. Good character from Bedfont to equalise with 10 to go hen a man down.

The 8 must be the infamous yellow dog. so made no difference on his return. but clocked up another yellow. cue a foul mouth rant.

actually the player got sent off for verbal. the ref kept telling him to get closer to him then started backing away, in the end the player started walking towards him rather aggressively, but again if the ref had given a free kick instead of playing advantage ( in which the ball went forward and off side given) that situation would never have happened.

That ref has history with Bedfont, every game he has reffed he has sent off at least one player.

yes i agree with you sundance on the one thing that 8 was lucky to stay on thats why he was subbed, however the tackle was spitting image to gerrards on sunday and he didnt even get a yellow
