The sight of Mark applying vaseline to some special places had the potential to cause a major pile up on the A127!

 

Well done to everyone, and a special well done to Simon who battled through the pain of his feet being cut to shreds to finish!

 

Thanks also to everyone at AFC Hornchurch who gave us such a warm welcome as always.

 

Finally, a nice gesture by the players & management to show their appreciation.

many positves to be taken from the day as a whole though, quite alot of money raised for the club, just a shame we couldnt pick up a point.

I had the best sleep ever last night! Woke up this morning with a sore knee but fine other than that.

 

Was great to raise lots of money for the club, even if it was by walking 20 odd miles to see 90 mins of football!

 

The players and Batchy coming over and clapping us before the game was good to see as well, shame we couldn't come away with any points.
