Im feeling slightly sore this morning! smile

Respect to all off us who took part, walking up Canvey Way at 6am in the dark and freezing cold was a challenge in itself. Shame a few more supporters didn't join us.

Enjoyed the banter throughout the walk it kept most of us going especially along the A127..

One negative from the walk has been the terrible flashbacks i have been having of Mark walking along rubbing vas down his pants a rather worrying amount of times during the walk! Ha Ha
