Agree Ash were well beaten, the big difference was Camberley finished their chances well. Ash huffed & puffed but never really tested the keeper, shame as for most of the first half the game was very even but due to Camberley's better finishing found themselves 3 up at halftime. 2nd half was scrappy affair with a late goal to wrap the points up

Wembers won Gaffa.

Cant beleive that it was the same Ash that beat Epsom. Also have to say if Rattled was playing for Epsom on Sat then he has a lot of explaining to do letting THAT forward bag a brace smile Explain yourself Rattled.

Cobham 2-3 Bookham

Cobham deservedly went into the lead and for a couple of great saves by Jurg Bookham would have levelled and I think the crossbar is still shaking from the freekick too hey Jurg. I did not think we (Bookham) played well enough for an hour of the game and had to go 2 down before we started, Error by Jurg (sorry mate) from a freekick left him grasping air as it sailed straight in. Bookham equalised with about 15 to go and got the winner with 7 to play with 2 great goals.

Cobham will feel hard done by and in truth played well for an hour but lacked that extra bit of experience (I think) when they should have shut up shop with 30 to go continued to attack, some good young players who work very hard for each other and I believe this was their 11th defeat by one goal and fourth loss in a row after leading.

Good to see Bookham after not playing well enough but creating more of the chances, showing some b**locks for the final 30 mins and maybe not deserving all 3 points over the 90 mins but taking them anyway smile

uxbridge 1 v 1 lammas aet lammas win 3-1 pens ,

what a good game of football , although uxbridge reduced to 10 men , they were a very decent side so a great result for us , lammas led 1-0 through coombs uxbridge equalise close to full time , stalemate extra time , well the pens probably the worst i have ever seen from uxbridge our keeper actually caught 2 of them ,

Gutted doesn't even describe it mate. I actually got a touch on the freekick, but not sure if it diverted it much it was goin that hard and fast!!
Let my team mates down badly with the first and as our only really experienced player I should be doing a lot better, esp as it was from the worse delivery you sent it all night, but was looking for the quick throw before I had even caught it and should know better!
Felt I had a good game both before and then after, but one mistake by a keeper and 9/10 times it leads to a goal!!
Felt the second should have been cut out earlier by us, but don't think he will hit another shot as sweet this season and although I couldn't tell all our backline was convinced the winner was a good few yards offside, although that came from us giving the ball away!

Your right with the stats bit there Teffs, so we know we aren't far off, but do lack that experience throughout the team that will turn those games into points. Our 17 y.o RM was the best player on the pitch last night.

Shame the better football doesn't always win you games in this league, as was proved last night duel

Yes thought he did have a good game and was lively all game, the 3rd goal our striker was played onside by your left back, I was almost in line with the play at the time.

Yes you did play well Jurg and a great save from point blank in the 1st half but as always if a keeper makes an error you know where it's going to end up !!!!

Dont think you can blame yourself as the old kent of the side you are taking on alot of responsability to give them guidance during the game and the will amke more errors than you.

I dont think Cobham are too far off getting it right but as I said earlier do lack that experience through the middle.

Almost in line isn't good enough for me Teffs haha!!

I'm my own worse critic though mate and should have done better with, what was, a routine catch that I totally mis-judged. You can accept it more if it had been the youth keeper but not me!

I couldn't agree with you more regards experience in the spine of the team, but unfortunatley we don't have that at our disposal at the moment. 4 of the last nights team are still teenagers (inc 2 current youth team players) and the rest, with my exception between 20-23 so a very youthful side, which if nothing else, bodes well for the future!

Hahahaa know the one you mean Johnno, he was on the bench last night, only lasted 45 mins on Saturday.

Yes Jurg, I think it does bode well long term for you, I was almost in line Jurg he was a good yard on side.

If it's the one Teffs is on about then yes, although he is on the comeback after 3 months out with a bust foot.

You may also be on about our skipper who started the season in centre mid as he like to get "involved"!!

Teffs, I think the lino was "almost in line" too, which is why he missed it as well haha!!

I was at the game last night and Cobham had a couple off good players but I think it was Cobham's down fall why they lost the game.

You played at 100 mile an hour for the game, when you went 2 up should of slowed the game down and put your foot on it.

Don't think I heard anything come from the Cobham bench all game and with a couple of experience players will be a good side.

Jurg - Thought you had a good game if you take the mistake away for the goal.

Though Bookham were a poor side but Jarman did well for you and will score goals at that level for fun.
