my first ryman match of the season today and it was like watching two bald men fighting over a comb,i left thinking that my club basildon united would have given both sides a sound thrashing.

the crowd was swelled by a good hundred bees fans and probably a few more who were keeping a low profile, although i wasnt greatly impressed by neither team my coach who attended the match wishes to put seven dayers for the urchins numbers 8 and 11,hes bringing the forms round tonight and we want them registered for next weekends match, thanks.

This has just appeared on the Billericay forum >>> "The venue of our league cup game against Waltham Abbey this Tuesday night has been changed to New Lodge.

Waltham Abbey didn't play on Saturday due to a waterlogged pitch and they are not expecting any improvement over the next few days. It has therefore been agreed that Billericay Town would have a better chance of staging the game.

If the tie is rained off on Tuesday, then further discussions will take place with regards to who will stage the rearraged tie."

think all the top 5 deserve to be where they are all fairly consistant havin said that carshalton lost at home to ting tong the weekend so unless a dramatic collapse by any of them teams 6th place is a good bet for us, but think maidstone might have something to say about itfrown

Staines haven't fell away like last year.

We need to improve our results.

I would be happy for a few quality performances.

I couldn't wait to get away Saturday. Home by 5.30.

Need to keep our season alive somehow.

Hopefully starting by stuffin' Canvey on Saturday.

I think we turned the corner on Saturday with our performance against Sutton. Just need to score a few goals now.

Oh cheer up everyone.

Hitchin let in four farcial goals against Oxford City, but couldn't even manage scoring one for themselves.

I think Carl Williams (Hitchin's temporary manager*) would be better off trying to sell double glazing instead.

Hx's loss didn't do my NLP fantasy competition entry any good either.**

* I trust some of you saw the advertisement in the NLP for the vacant (oh so pretty vacant) manager's position at Hitchin Town FC.

Offers invited?

** But at least 'Jane from Tunbridge Wells' Tonbridge Angels helped me out.

Cheers Jane.

:-)
