Hi Micheal.Presuming the game goes ahead I agree with you. Am full of confidence for tomorrow. If we can hold them early (they always come out of the blocks fast-I recall last season they were all over us in the 1st half only to tire in the last quarter of the game),we have an exceptional chance to get 3 points on the board.
Weather-wise,I would be surprised if the pitch isn't water-bound to be honest.Looked in yesterday & there were a few pools of water laying on top.With heavy overnight rain I doubt this has helped. However,we have good drainage now, a competent groundsman & with no more rain & drying winds,who knows it might go ahead after all.
My opinion,as of now & for what it's worth,is that chances of playing are about 70/30 against going ahead. We'll see.
Maybe Mark will update us sometime soon on that side of things.
