Surrey Senior Cup:

 

Corinthian Casuals 3-1 Dorking (AET)

 

Casuals took the lead on 35 minutes. In the second half, Pero missed an open goal for chicks and they also struck the bar just before equalising in the 89th minute (no idea who scored!). So, extra time (joy!!). Casuals retook the lead two minutes into the second period of extra time. Chicks then conceded a penalty 5 minutes later when Coote clipped the Casuals forward.

 

Casuals now face Epsom & Ewell who beat Redhill.

 

Oh and (especially for gertcha dave wink ), Dan Bennett and Aaron Leacock were amongst the 'crowd'

Bookham 4-6 Chertsey Town

 

WOW what a great game, Bookham scored from 1st min pen, Chertsey equalise on 2 mins, Bookahm retake lead on 9 mins and Chertsey equalise again on 10 mins and take the lead on 16 mins. Bookham equalise on 40 mins 3-3 at halftime.

 

Chertsey take lead on 54 mins Bookham equalise on 85 mins, then Chertsey score on 89 mins and again on 90+2 mins.

 

Bookham also hit post twice and missed other great chances as did Chertsey, an amazing game !!!! Alos not one booking !!! and played in a great spirit by both sides great footie going forward by both teams if lacking a bit defensively wink

 

Before I get shot there where some great goals both individual and team goals from both side and not all defensive / keeper errors wink

Totally agree Tefs fantastic game even with 2 mins left you never thought extra time was a posibility.
I'm looking forward to 2 weeks time when round 2 (League Cup) is played.

Horley Town 4-Badshott lea 1

Horley did not start the game that well and probably took the lead against the run of play.Then they went 2-o up before the interval with a great freekick.Badshott did create some first half chances with some great last minute tackles by the Horley back line and keeper.The second half saw Horley get in there stride and play some great football resulting in a 3rd and a 4th goal.Horley had a rocky 5 mins and conceeded a goal which was a great finish by the Dadhott player,then shortly after thr ref gave Badshott a pen which the keeper saved,but overall a great performance for Horley and a deserved 3 points.Badshott are a lively side and will beat a lot of teams this year.
