popping over to the club to have a look at the pitch this morning so will let you know soon.

 

I'll open up a jumbo box of burgers while i'm there and defrost the hot dog sausages!

Have been down to Cove for tonights match versus Banstead.

 

The pitch is 95% playable with the exception of the centre spot area. About 2m square is slushy mud but it has been forked by myself and the gaffer. There is still 8 hours till kick off so i expect with the sun out at the moment the pitch will be fine.

 

Ultimately the decision will be down to the ref. In my opinion the pitch is playable and the game will go ahead as planned.
