can someone let me know who has been promoted from Division 2 to Div1 Noth & Div1 South?

I believe, and I may be wrong here, that it is Cheshunt and Leyton from Ryman Div 2 and Dunstable Town from some other league (SML?). There will have to be a bit of re-jigging to get the same numbers of teams in both North and South Divs. Met. Police stay up because they beat Wembley in a play-off.

Woood, Chesham, Enfield and Hampton.

It hasn't been decided yet, but I would guess Woood, Enfield and Chesham into North, Hampton into South.

 

Similarly, Cheshunt and Dunstable into North, Leyton into South, so two will have to swap from North to South, my guess would be Aveley and Tilbury.
