Mole Valley SCR 4 -3 Coulsdon

Big three points for an under strength SCR against a very spirited Coulsdon side. Had the worst ref of the season who gave two Pens, and was more interested in booking players for celebrating rather than some of the challenges going in.

Good win to keep us just ahead of the pack.

Well according to TSF he left after a falling out. So that's that I suppose. Shame as he and Page were a good front two.

One striker misses 3 one on ones with GCFC keeper....the other striker has to play in goal due to a late cry off!!!

 

We played OK but poor result.

EVEN GAME BUT BEDFONT DID DESERVE THE WIN IN THE END

BRAWL STARTED WHEN CHESS 16 ELBOWED BEDFONT 2 WENT UNPUNISHED

WHEN THE PLAYERS CAME TOGETHER ALL WENT OFF WITH THE CHESS 16 THROWING A PUNCH. SPARKING A 20 MAN BRAWL. 1 FROM EACH SENT OFF BED 2 AND CHESS 7 BUT AMAZINGLY THE 16 STAYED ON WHEN HE STARTED IT ALL, OVERALL GOOD WIN FOR BEDFONT AND AND ENTERTAINING GAME, STILL CANT UNDERSTAND HOW NO CHESS PLAYER WAS BOOKED IN THE FIRST 15 DIRTY SIDE GIVE IT CANT TAKE IT

FGFC v Dorking

 

Would have taken a point but Dorking edged it. Should have been 5 or 6, but Dorking kept kicking the ball at me rather than in the goal.

 

We have one or two players who obviously are not bothered about playing football and I would rather they said 'I dont fancy it' rather than give 75% on the pitch. - Sucks when 9 or 10 other give it everything.

Was that really you in goal TC? I assumed it was someone else as I'd thought you were older for some reason!

Neither of the FG v Chicks games will go down as classics, but thought you lot looked OK yesterday.

Bedfont vs Chess & hook

 

Great entertaining match had everything great goals, sendings off and great banter from home fans onside of pitch. I have only seen bedfont play twice this season both times this year and am surprised how they are not further up table. Really good goalscorer they have in the number 10, only seems to score really good goals. Also were missing a couple of good players from the badshot game through suspension and still edged a win. Chess were very physical had a good foorward who was sent of and a decent wide man think he was the 7. anyway good value sat entertainment down at the home of bedfont

i was one of the fans. great goal from luke craig, and he set up the winner with a fantastic cross, we had seven first team players out. great result.

trs and I kept looking for an old bald collina lookalike, and I was the nearest to that.

 

chicks kicked it at you because you put yourself a yard or two in front of them(bugger, I fell for it) well done!

 

Your Mr No 10 spent quite a bit of the game officiating it and standing by the dugout , the striker could tuck his elbows away and get fit, and your big c. half would be good if he could run poor fella.

 

 

FG had a bundle of shots a yard wide, close but no cigar TC

If you look on that football mitoo site it has that player you talk about as being suspended until the end of the season so how come he was playing?

Our centre half reckons he has cracked his shin from a previous game. No 10 should be a match winner at this level, but not happening for him at the moment.

Badshot Lea 2 v 1 Cobham

 

Yet again we are unlucky not to get a point after leading with 13 min to go.

An extremely patched up squad including 3 players who haven't played a game for over 4 months (2 of whom started) and our other sub not able to get there til after k.o due to work commitments.

Badshot edged the first half with the wind behind them and have a well finished goal struck off for offside, but didn't really threaten too much apart from that and we had a few good half chances.

Second half we got the ball down and played some excellent football. Having already hit the bar we finally took a deserved lead and continued to dominate.

Final 15 took its toll and tired players started making mistakes resulting in 2 well taken goals in a 6 min period.

We still managed to create chances and hit the inside of the post from a volley that I think everyone in the ground thought was gonna nestle in the top corner.

Gutted to say the least when we came off, but have to keep battling and believing.
