Yes must agree Camberley prob did just desrerve to win,but got to be honest i think the last 20 mins Horley totally dominated up the slope threw everything forward but just could not score,story of our season. Just a shame that both goals we gave away poss first off side and the second a poor descision by our centre half which is not the norm for us.

To be fair HTFC we also hit the woodwork twice early in the 2nd half. Then decided to sit back and despite allowing you to come onto us the only time you really threatened was when you keeper thumped the ball 100 yards up the pitch. Also you goal came from a mistake by our defenders.

WEEBLE please just to mention moore with him is daft. and im not sure many people would let pomers run past them,and thats not his game. a pal of mine put ray in the bedfont side at 16,he had no pace then either.why do you think, that he never got took on by the other sides, he tried out for in the summer.you cant coach pace

Since we are talking Camberley on a Chertsey v Bedfont Green thread, today's NLP reported on a local derby win yesterday for Cambo over Hawley Town! At least they spelt Molesey right though

I personally wouldn't swap Ray for any other centre half in the league. He's great in the air, very strong in the tackle, has excellent timing and reads the game well enough not to depend on pace as a saving grace as he's rarely in the wrong position. Chertsey had 2 Ryman Premier standard centre halves yesterday, both with pace and Kevin Cooper still got in behind them to score.

John Terry, Steve Bruce, Gary Pallister, Tony Adams, Matty Upson, Sammy Hypia ...the list is endless of quality that don't have pace... if you have it up top then you can make up for pace..FACT..

it's also funny then that he has had a few 7 dayers in for him from our level and higher.. I still don't think he is that slow, and there is potentially only one I would put in front of him from our league and Chertsey have just got him from Ashford.

Think you may be over -egging that weeble. I can understand why Ashford are angry but what ever happens when clubs at this level are reported for illegal approaches. Virtually nothing. IMHO Chertsey will not get in trouble over this other than maybe a rap across the knuckles.
