Cirencester Town v Slough Town

Whilst the last sentance is very noble of them they don't have to watch us week in and week out.

We conceded in side 10 seconds and in the last minute again. Not exactly a surprise. Our formation was bonkers and we are killing Jordan. Why on earth is he being asked to play behind the front two?

At times we were lining up with a flat back 5, 2 in centre midfield and three up front. What option did we have but to try and go over the top? If Sweets prefers 3-4-3 then he needs to get Sonny and Fenton to play further forward. But I don't think that can work.

Hugely frustrating. Yes we had a twenty minute spell in the second half where we could have got back on level terms but why can't we start games with that tempo and quality?

Desperately need three points on Tuesday.

Thought Browne was in charge.

The worst starting formation for years. Followed by two of the worst substitutions ever to be made!

Maybe the worst debut ever as well?

Why did sweetman wait till half time to play 4-3-3? couldn't he get the lads to change during the first half? Brown and Firmey, who I admit, i am not big fans of, worked hard but were just over-ran in Midfield. Sonny , who I think is the youngest in the squad, was working hard, barking out orders, like he was captain, not that our captain (or manager) were giving much encouragement!

With the the 4 -3 -3 formation, there was only one team in it! They were near enough camped in their half with us looking to score and even win it. Long throws and crosses coming in, you thought if there where going t be any substitutions it would be Gumbs for someone. Why the hell bring on two lightweight namby pamby wingers. especially for your one holding midfielder and your main attacking threat?!!!??

Agree with Martin, we are just wasting Jordan. Although I get the impression that sweetman still doesn't know his best side......

I always thought Wilko made the odd error, and didn't get any real luck, but he never looked this clueless.

Worst thing is, if he goes who de we get.......... mudge..........blinding?! pass the frying pan now!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm afraid that it seems, from my perspective, that Sweetman is unable to make some of those tough decisions that a manager has to make for the benefit of the team.

He has brought in three good forwards with the sole aim (now proven to be just a fantasy) of out-scoring the opposition.

After a few games it was obvious that it wasn't working and instead of perhaps rotating the forward line he ducks the issue and tells the leagues leading goal scorer(or second?) to drop a bit deeper which has turned out to have virtually put paid to what he's good at SCORING GOALS!

Time and again we are getting over run in midfield. The forwards are getting no service and the defence are being put under constant pressure.

Until the big decisions are made for the good of the team we will continue to slide into a relegation dog-fight.
