lets not all be getting holy about chertski, they have paid out a lot of money, with very little reward. bedfont green may not pay out the same level, but still leave most ccl clubs behind. it may not be in clubs best interest to admit this, but pb has found it very easy to find out, how much these 2 lads put on playing 2 levels up. unlike most of spencers signings these 2 will be a success.have they signed to late only time will tell.

These 2 lads are simply cheating. They are dropping down 2 levels of football. It would be like me entering the Hampshire Open Judo event. I could win it blind folded. And this is probably why Chertsey have promised so much but not delivered. Players are playing way below themselves and feel that they can just swan around and all they have to do is turn up with a swagger and they'll win easily. Its not the case. Other clubs have raised the bar.

 

Apart from money reasons why would you drop 2 levels??

 

Ashford have an average attendance of 180. Chertsey this season have played in front of 1 man and his dog. Why would you want that?? Surely there is more to football than just a brown envelope??

Depends on how big that envelope is JJ?? They tried to sign them earlier in season but both wanted to stay put. Things change in football.

 

Knowing Gav and Stu they wont cheat, 2 very good players who wont shy from a battle.

 

Dont see a problem with it myself, if the fella has money and this is how he wants to spend it fair play. Would love to be able to offer players a quarter of what other teams do but cant so you get on with it.

We have lost players for more money and dont have a problem with it, especially with the economic situation the way it is.

 

Should make for an interesting end to the season.
