I'll be going to the match, and will be hoping Southend can turn them over. I'll stop short at singing any Southend songs though, I've not converted!

 

I struggle to dislike Southend as much as I used to now that Tilson is in charge, as much as I have tried. He has brought that club so many great days, and the minority who seem to be calling for his head every other week should remember where they were before he came along.

And when they win it'll be nice to discuss another giant killing with Kirk, If we can find him. LOL

 

To think, both teams are about the same age. What a difference 100 years can make.

there is to big a gap between Southend and Canvey for there to be to much rivaly. for a while it looked like we could both be in the conference together but now the gap is just to much. and Tilly is enough of a legend for Canvey that i will want him to do well.

Glen, you should flog your ticket and be able to retire. I hear they're fetching quite a premium.......I fully understand and applaud that you're not going be singing Southend songs but please make sure you over indulge in plenty of anti-Chelsea songs.

I went to the Southend v Man Utd game a couple of years back which was a great occasion. After seeing that one, I think I'll hang onto this ticket!
