skipper Newman or the younger one Leacock.

bit of a john terry / rio ferdinand combination we have there.

Who? Sure you're not mixing him up with Leathingy? grin

As for the Hanworth keeper - he'd conceded three in the first 5 minutes last time I watched him!

i have played in the ccp for past two seasons and for me best goalkeeper has to be the Horley town keeper, hes quality can definately play at a higher level. defender has to be ray sherwood of bedfont green or mark gallagher of bedfont both really good and young too. midfielder for me would be jb of bedfont green(15 goals from center mid is awesome and he is a holding midfielder! A few good young lads in the league also. Best forward am not sure I see cooper is being touted however maybe last season was his, i would have to give it to pomroy even though never seen him play but he is a consistant goalscorer and thats what strikers are there to do. anyone agree or disagree with these selections!

well im sure we all feel the people we mentioned in our opinion were the best.my thoughts on your picks spaniard, seeing as you asked. all in with a shout apart from, sherwood slow very rigid

would not play at level above, although championed by the bedfont green backroom staff.

Peoples idea of a good defender is someone who looks good, and no one cares what the score is. In my book if a defender is that good his team will concede fewer goals. I find it hard to believe that a team who average over 2-3 goals against can have the best defensive players which is why I went for Rattled07, although I've seen him once this season.

Goalkeeper - from what I have seen this season - Borg at Epsom & Ewell

Defender - Very difficult to say as most sides are conceding an average of just over two goals a game, but i'd say at this moment our own Dale Webb at Camberley just shades it

Midfielder - Only one choice here - Andre DeLisser at North Greenford. Outstanding in both matches against Cambo

Striker - Anyone who season after season ends up on top of or near the top of the scoring charts get my vote. John Pomroy at Chertsey

Manager - Taking budgets into consideration. I would probably go with Lyndon Buckwell at Epsom. Always seems to grind out a result at Epsom & Ewell even when they are not playing that well

Best overall player - De Lisser

Hi Barney I think if you look at Horleys defensive record I think you will find it is the second best in the league a goal or 2 behind Epsom.

It wasn't aimed at you. Just a general post. Had quite a few players put up because they look nice on the ball or win a few headers. Only 3 good defensive records in the league that stand out from the rest. Epsom, Horley, and Molesey. Haven't seen Molesey, but other 2 very tight.

When I watched you in the past (not seen you this season yet) you had a big guy who caused havoc and scored and a couple of lively front runners who also scored, one of which played on the left. Are they still around? Possibly not as if they were then I feel you would be higher..Fantastic def record and I hope u can get your forwards scoring and get out of trouble soon.

I think the big guy you r thinking of is Nathan Jupp he broke his ankle he has now this season played the last 6 or 7 games for the ressies and scored abot 7 or 8 so another couple of weeks and he will probably get a run in the front side.Darren Tidy is at Crawley Down i believe he was the little quick forward .
