Training was fun today.

 

All the lads went in the bar after training for a drink and played killer pool.

 

I won!!!!

yer good session JJ with 24 lads turning up made it a really worthy one and a half hours workout, not much ballwork and lots of straight line running its always boring but it keeps your fitness levels up,good banter in the bar afterwards and well done for winning the pool competition,nothing can make up for a match being called off but this came close.

Shuttle runs for one and half hours....must have been a bit boring? Did you do any hurdle drills, ladder drills and slalom with poles etc? When I played back in the day thats what we did in training, it was great as it got us good results on the pitch

BITE are you 2 thick or something? we do the interesting stuff in training on tuesdays and thursdays this was 90 minutes( the duration of a match)of running instead of doing feck all.

Can I just ask in the pool competition is JJ allowed on the table to pass the cue ball ?

yes kroons he is allowed on the table but nobody is allowed to move his ladder or he is well fecked
