According to 'Official' Dover website Nathan Bailey has joined us on a free transfer.

Had heard the rumour so good its made official now, I believe he played against us in August, as a sub.

From the very little i know of him;it seems to be a class above the more recent 'signings/trialists etc etc.so looks a good signing,and wish him realy well.

 

I stil maintain though that we will not resolve the goalscoring issues-lack of-until we get another quality central midfield player alongside Wilson to CREATE chances for the strikers.

 

Strikers need service-thats why we are not scoring goals -just my opinion !!

Good luck to Nathan, never worked out for him at Dover. Has a bit of pace but less than convincing in front of goal. Dryden on the list at Folkestone probably a better bet.

Hope Nathan's time here is successful and prolonged. Agree Dryden would be nice but not sure he would come cheap.

Dryden is class,would love to see him in the Blue shirt,not getting any younger,hence may not be too expensive,but class without a doubt,could be the player we need.Go on the GATE,go and get him.

According to some people Jimmy Dryden also looks set to join you lot after Saturday. Good luck to you and him if you can get him playing like he knows he can, but still, dont try to hard, we need a good local derby for next year!!!

Ive heard then Dryden will be arriving at Southwood, with Jack Delo staying there in goal, and with Charlie Mitten leaving today that makes sense.
