A pitch inspection has been arranged at 9.30am on Saturday ahead of our home match against Margate. The pitch is fine at the moment, but the inspection has been arranged as a precaution incase there is some extremely cold weather over night. The results of this inspection will be announced here as soon as a decision has been made.

Bit quiet on here today... Is that a sign that we aren't exactly expecting much from our trip to Essex tomorrow? It really will be a tough test I think. They score a lot of goals and our defence, especially if Youngy is absent, really can be shaky. But perhaps more worryingly is our apparent inability to score goals in our last couple of outings. If we can get that right tomorrow, we could see a five- or seven-goal thriller.

Training and a full 90 minute match are very different things though FB. Here's hoping he will be fit. I've got a feeling we'll need our defence to be on top of their game.

Bloody freezing here this morning..

As soon as i here any news on the outcome of the pitch inspection i shall let you know, but i would suggest the game is very doubtful.

A blessing in diguise , will also give Gregs and Healy time to recover and as MM states will allow Bailey to get some work in with the squad . Could also help with any other new signings that TY gets over the next few days . Up the Gate , What can i do this afternoon ?
