Interesting to note that Takeley FC do not appear to have applied.

I think I recall a post from Takeley on another thread some time ago to the effect that with the ground improvements they are undertaking, the cost of Ryman League football would be prohibitive, so I'm not surprised that they haven't applied.

Apparently all leagues involved have teams currently in their top two applying which could prove interesting if the same situation exists at the end of the season when the FA have to find twelve teams from fourteen if they all also pass ground grading.

There is also a lot of chat from people about teams who would have been expected to apply but are not on the list but as the list was supplied by Mike Appleby it should be defintive.

Mike Appleby has responded to some apparent omissions.

Hungerford Town's (Hellenic League) application arrived this morning dated 10th December but with an illegible postmark so he is accepting it.

Barwell (Midland Alliance) have rung him to check and yes he had got the form but had not put their name on the list

He is ringing Market Drayton (Midland Alliance) who it is thought had applied as he has received nothing from them.

So we can add Hungerford and Barwell to the above list.
