Thanks for that, I'm not being funny but I'm just going back to the 2006/2007 season when Harefield went head to head with Edgware Town for the SSML Championship and promotion to the Ryman League, they bottled it basically when they didn't apply for promotion which somewhat devalued the exciting race with Edgware who fortunately won the league by ten points in the end if I recall.

Yes it does but even if they go up I think they will come straight back down the following season and become a yo yo Club thereafter, a bit like Beaconsfield SYCOB and Hanwell Town have been in recent years

Not that obvious as to go back up requires a re-inspection at the new standards set.

To be honest.. why would Broxbourne apply? The side isn't, and has never been, in contention for promotion. I suppose if it doesn't cost anything to apply then fair enough but it seems a bit of a waste of time?
