they don't have a night heron there like dungeness(or Dunge as it is known to the birdwatching fraternity).And seeing as my boss won't let me go on monday now with the essex birders i may just pop down there before the game.Although still not sure yet!!!

Rob I know this might sound silly but Night Heron........can you see them during the day ?...........just come to the match and get wizzed like the rest of us.....

lol,you can see them in the day.Not too sure why they are called night heron,perhaps dagger can shed some light!!!

If i go dunge,i will be going dover as it is only about 30 miles up the coast.

Won't be getting wizzed though as i am up early sunday to go on a boat trip on the stour estuary(weather permitting)

For anyone travelling by train, there are engineering works between Folkestone and Dover, but a very regular bus service is laid on and will only put an extra 10 mins on the journey.
