The Squad page at www.margate-fc.com has now been updated and I think that I have managed to get all of the current regular squad members execept for Soloman/Sullivan.

Obviously, as I have rushed through it in a night as opposed to the few days I was going to take there could be errors, and there are definately some bits of info (such as dates of birth) missing. If you spot any glaring errors or omissions then just let me know.

I have had a quick check and everything seems to be working fine. If you click on a player and the info that opens up does not contain the Date of Birth and Margate Debut parts (not necessarily with the info, but at least those words in place) the try refreshing or reloading.

Hi Mr. Glee, I'm Jason's Dad (John). Jason hasn't left the club.
He had been playing with badly blistered feet,from the start of the season, which turned into badly split soles. When he showed them, to me, it was a bit like looking at soles coming off shoes. He said that they were really hurting all the time, and kept trying to soldier on, hopefully breaking through into the 1st team set up.
Yet best course was not to play any football and let them heel up and then come back.
He returned to training, for a night, a couple of weeks before Christmas and played a couple of Sunday games. Only to get a bad dose of flue followed by a bad chest infection. But he's back in training now.
So fingers crossed that nothing else goes wrong!

Following a quick phone call to Jeff Trice I have now updated all the known dates of birth on the Player Profiles. I think it is only Harwoods that is not quite done (only got the month and year) but you may have to refresh each players page to see the changes.

Also put the correct debuts for Takaloo and Mullin.

And therein lies the root of a lot of our problems: too many chops and changes and not enough consistency in the team.

Spot on Mike. I like having me fellow Welshmen here but I think it's all getting a bit desperate now and if I'm totally honest I think they're losing it a bit now. We had an up and coming management team and I think most of us could see that they were taking the club forward with little resources and being dictated to by the people who run the club (or rather run it into the ground) and having a high profile management team isn't enough. Obviously yes men and obviously not good enough!

And no sooner do I update then one of them leaves!!! I do not like the chopping and changing as it is definately unsettling but if it is simply for the purpose of bringing in a proven striker then so be it.

We just need to find a striker that is good enough to bag the goals we desperately need but not so good that his current club wont let him go!!!!!!!

If we can't beat Ash tomorrow we really are looking down the barrel. Their form is dreadful worse than ours but i cant see our two strikers scoring from a tap in let alone anything else.
