That's a fault with the web program they use, match reports are easily available but if you post it as a news item you have to post it again as a match report which is tedious. There should be an option to post it just the once and include as both. Geez, how boring does this sound!

 

When we signed up the program was mainly directed at Rugby but as more football clubs have joined (was a handful, now 100s) they have made weekly improvements.

we tried with a custom design, but it is finding the time to update it and play around with the code all the time. The template ones are good as you can update them at any PC. There are a few things I would change with the Pichero one, but it is probably the better one out of the ones that are available

our old site took ages to maintain and was a real pain.

Pitchero does need a few changes- inputting the table for the reserve league each week is a real pain.

 

If anything needs changing for CCLD1 ( such as kick off times etc ) let me know as Pitchero have given me admin rights to the division. Ive changed all jan kick off times to 2pm for those clubs without lights

You wont be surprised to hear that our London Cup game v Cockfosters tomorrow is off pending confirmation with the London FA and CFC.

We are hoping to play this next Wednesday now (14th at 7.45pm).

I feel it is very important for the ref to get the call right for many reasons..

It should never have been played was shouted as they lost 4-0.

He won't work for months... why did the ref play it?

 

For most people at this level of football it is more for fun than finance and feel strongly that getting to work on a monday to pay the bills is more important than breaking your neck on a hard pitch in front of 50 people when it can be re-arranged and enjoyed by all,
