There are lots of things you need to get right today but the most important one is to BELIEVE you can win it.

Now go out there & show everyone what you really ARE capable of.

You CAN do this!! You KNOW you can!

Show us your fighting spirit duel

Come on you Blues!!

Obviously any point would be super but if they improve 200% from the Ramsgate game, give it their very very best & generally give the leaders a big fright & STILL lose then I for one, though disappointed, will be satisfied.

If they fail to turn up again & go out in a whimper then I shall be most annoyed.

Its a big stage for the boys, similar to the Dartford away game. They came up trumps on that day so there's no reason why they can't do so again today, even if the line up is different to that at Dartford.

Well I'm certainly not annoyed. The opposite in fact.Greatly delighted that the players showed massive improvement from last week.We more than matched the runaway leaders at times yesterday.Okay we didn't get anything from this game despite playing well but if we can maintain this kind of form from now on,coupled with getting a goalscorer then the rewards will come.Get that consistency into each game & points will come,no doubt about it.I went away applauding the players yesterday & am still applauding them. Now they need to do it again next week & the week after & the week after.
Well done,a fine effort.

Since the last 'call' went up for a goalscorer at the end of Ashby's reign; i think we have goalscorers join the club in Shittu (he's Ok), more of Tako,Savage, but we are still not finding the net.

Arguably, of the starting line up yesterday, 8 were forwards.

Appreciating others have differing views, but i consistently keep to my view, that the priority is another midfielder who can help make chances.

Just playing more and more forwards does not achieve goals.it just creates an imbalance.

The highest scoring teams tend to have just one striker

I have only seemn him once, but of the current 6 strikers on the payroll, i'd go for Shittu without doubt.

Strong enough ,fast enough to play as solitary striker;and against ramsgate, his ball control was very good(pity he missed a vitually open goal all the same )

Reminds me of Simon Thomas of boreham wood last season and crystal palace this season

Absolutely spot on Michael. I honestly thought that I had seen a player/midfielder, towards the end of last season; playing in a few of those floodlight mid-week games, that fitted the bill. Yet I've not seen him at all this season, even in the pre-season friendlies. His name appears on the 1st team squad page though.

I liked Savage up front with Shittu with Healy just behind the two. And at home against almost anyone else I think we'd have won comfortably. Away from home though does TY go with Healy and two others? Or does he just go with Healy heading a five man midfield with one striker? I think next week at Canvey I'd like to see Healy just behind Shittu, with Savage on the bench, although with Peters and Quain out wide. Balanced team with Healy pulling the strings and working the ball.

Like several who did not fit into MFCs plans, work commitments etc. he with others are enjoying Sunday league football. MFC have so many players that unless a player can tick all boxes hes out. As yours is the first enquiry it seems that he and others are not missed. A lucky few watch Jason in a team made up of many ex MFC players turn it on, just a shame they sometimes get the crap kicked out of them. All good stuff though.
