2) can takeley be promoted if they win the league?

3) can 2nd place be promoted should 1st place not be able to be promoted?

 

can we get a clear and difinitive answer from people so we actually know what to expect? unlikely! but lets shed some light on it for f--ks sake.

1. Yes as our share at Aveley entitles us to go up (assuming that we have made the necessary application by Dec 31).

2. Yes as I believe that they have plans in hand to bring their ground up to the appropriate standard and assuming that they have applied too.

I believe that down to 3rd place can qualify for promotion if ground is OK etc and 1. and 2. fail grading etc.
