Just heard that Girls Aloud song for the first time.

The start of it sounds like that 'My Sherona' song from the late seventies, early eighties (can't remember the artist).

 

They've basically ruthlessly borrowed from that song. I feel a lawsuit in the offing!! Still not a bad song.
