T'Pau - Greatest Hits

Ok, I know China In Your Hand is rubbish, but Heart & Soul makes this compilation worth it. And besides, she occupied many a spare half hour of my time when I was a 12-year old back in 1987!!

Girls Aloud - No Good Advice

Forget all the Pop Idol crap, and the fact they're manufactured - the song itself is quality. Great songwriting and great production. Very early '80s!!

I must admit I do like that Girls Aloud single and that Busted track is really growing on me, Damn! I'm meant to be a serious music fan

I think that was Cheryl Twiddy. Alledged she was supposed to have beaten up a cleaner at a club in Reading and racially abused her.

Less Than Jake: seen live twice, ska-punk American band, quite an acquired taste

Deftones: Been around for ages, long before all that nu-metal scene started, 4 albums I think, typical Anerican angst ridden 'heavy metal' band

Wildhearts: Doon't know too much about except my mate is a big fan, they're from Newcastle and they did a song called 'Geordie in Wonderland

80s Matchbox B-Line disaster: I LOVE this band. Quite dark music, bit of an 80s rock-influence. I think Casey Chaos of Amen produced their album but I'm not 100% sure. They're Brits though.

Get your facts right yellow.

The Club was in Guildford, (only 12 miles from me !)

She is 'alleged' to have 'racially abused' and punched a female cloakroom attendant, who is of West Indian origin.

The case has been referred to Crown Court and comes up quite soon. I am reliably informed by people in the know, that 'the book will be thrown'. Guildford Crown Court have certainly toughened up on sentences recently, Thank God !!

This is part on an email I've just received from my wife...

I can't believe how tired I am this morning. Do you know what did me in

last night? Girls F***ing Aloud. You played it on the stereo when you came

to bed and it got stuck in my head. Every time I closed my eyes or started

to drift off it was there playing in my head! In fact it wasn't only when I

closed my eyes, it was constantly for about 4 hours! I now have a hatred

for Girls aloud similar to my hatred and disgust of the Spice Girls!!!
