Where's OOT

Enfield United

Recommended Posts

Where is he, has he gone on a holiday with Abbeyman and Abbeynuts?

Listen fella, despite your moans groans and in fact suicidal tendencies, your club still needs you and many more like you. Execept that it is healthy to praise your club when things are going well as well as not to put the boot in when they are wobbling.

So come on Jim C wont call u a [****!!****] [****!!****] again, lets be having ya.

I wont lower myself to calling you names Jim your comments hurt . all I was being was honest thats all . Of course I was thrilled at the results against maldon and shabby Wabbey they are just a falsely placed club soon to tumble .

But I wont subject myself to personal abuse from members of the outer circle and those like you E U who just suck up to them . I will refrain from coming on here that much as whatever I say just gets twisted by you two so I'll stay out of it for a while .

Thanks for the support gazza but I just cant be asked to bother with these two anymore . Of course I shall remain supportive of the club when i can but it just gets up my nose how certain people at this club think they are bigger and better than others like the ordinary fan . Hope you and Fickle Yid continue to have your honest opinions its just I dont take personal abuse too lightly especially from someone who claims to be a supporter who lives in the west country.

We need people like OOT on here as there are fewer and fewer of us posting on a regular basis.

For all our negatives, sometimes people in the know read the comments and sometimes, just sometimes, things do change within the club.

Happy New Year from behind a handkerchief, runny nose, headache and a cough! Happy new year indeed!!!!

This is a football forum. Womens football is a type of football. Golf isn't. Of the two, I'd rather discuss womens football here. Not that I'd stop you discussing golf, although I would prefer you to discuss in a golf-related thread.

What about womens golf?

As the man once said, although I despise what he says, I will defend to the death his right to say it.

That's a quote, by the way, and in no way means that I despise what OOT or anyone else says!

I agree totally, but he was not being hounded. He was giving an extreme over the top view which even his most passionate supporter could describe as negative to say the lease.

His views are welcomed just like all of ours are so when a view of two persons are made in contrast then is that being hounded? I've been told by OOT on this thread I'm half the reason he wont give us his time, yet i'm the one opening the thread to suggest he should.

Things are looking up guys, we should all be attending the Leyton game with a spring in our heels and optimism of 3 pts against this eastern bloc club FC

Great on the eye! evil

However like women's football the attraction as a sporting spectacle is a very poor substitute for the real thing!

Not sure we were even discussing golf anyway.........I mean have you seen The Hat play? evil

I don't claim to be a suppoerter - I am a supporter in every sense of the word. And that means in thick and thin. True, I don't get up and watch very often but I do give ETFC an awful lot of time and effort. Anyone who knows me - and my history - ould never question that.

There are many on here of different opinions and I don't agree with some of them. Lovely Stuff is a perfect example of someone with whom I have disagreed with. The major difference is that I have never doubted his loyalty to ETFC and he has never given up on the club. In fact it is the exact opposite. In fact our arguments have been logical and reasonable (generally).

A reasoned argument is something to be encouraged and from them many good ideas have been proposed and pushed.

Total negativity and spreading depression without alternatives on the other hand is just energy sapping and a complete waste of time and effort.
