Indeed he has, but until he is in a new position and I observe somebody else in charge of the rebels you can never be too sure with him. Mind you, the Aveley job would be perfect for him, no fans to bitch at him, no expectations of promotion to fulfill, nobody to care when they get relegated and he'll be able to sod off to Lakeside to get himself a new pair of trainers every week.

its a good move so long as your manager can keep him under wraps and george knows exactly what his role is, i.e. not the boss. Good luck to you anyway, shame there'll be less banter next season, you've got bigger fish to fry than the rebels now.
